1st Bike Ride in Over a Year!

Since I have a triathlon in a month I figured I should get back on my bike and remember how to work it. Well of course I have to pick a rainy night to go riding... Hey, but I did get my chain back on when it feel off not 2 miles into the ride! It seems to be coming back to me, but I maybe pushed it too soon after the marathon and running yesterday. You should have seen the mud stripe all up and down my back when I finally got home! Did I mention it was torrential rain the whole time?
